What sort of cleaning services do you offer?

Kismet currently offers residential and business cleaning services to Suffolk & Nassau county, and Manhattan in the state of New York. Our team is expanding, and so too will our coverage areas over time.

Options include: standard or deep cleaning, move-in/move-out deep cleaning, one time service or month to month service contracts available.

How are you handling Covid-19 precautions?

The Kismet Clean team is outfitted with N95 masks and gloves. Each member is required to use hand sanitizer and thorough hand washing between every client. We do ask that you inform us if anyone in the home has tested positive (to the best of your knowledge) so we can ensure best practices for our staff during the service.

Do Kismet Clean gift cards expire?

Currently gift cards purchased must be redeemed within the first year after purchase.

I have pets does your cleaning service have options to help remove odors?

Before booking your appointment we will discuss with you over e-mail or phone the options for reducing pet odors, depending on the extent of cleaning needed the rates may be higher if specific pet odor service is required. During the estimate process check the box regarding fur babies to give our team advanced notice and prep time.
